09 Annual Ride and Show
Greetings Motorcycle and Hot Rod enthusiasts to our 3rd Annual great community outreach event in the Berkshires. Mark your calendars to save the date of August 23, 2009. We will once again host a full day of family fun for kids of all ages.
As most of you know, it is very difficult to raise proceeds for a relatively new program. Therefore, we are asking YOU to spread the word. Please post this informational poster; on the website; at your place of business and on your website. Forward any e-mail addresses of colleagues or business associates who may be a vehicle enthusiast interested in participating in a motorcycle ride, car show or spectator to my attention at Sandra@sandradeemarketing.com.
With the combination of free entertainment and kid friendly events, launched by a motorcycle ride of the Berkshires followed by a custom bike, truck and rod show at an all day picnic setting of foods and baked goods, this venue is the first of its kind offered in Western Massachusetts. I urge you to play a role in its genesis. Consider being a part of the program by sponsoring a winner's trophy, supporting the entertainment that will be performing throughout the day or sustaining any marketing efforts necessary in the execution of this spectacular day of enjoyment. In return, your tax deducted contribution will proudly publicize you as a key supporter along with many marketing materials provided on your behalf.
